Cook on Low Only
Product: Crock Pot Liners - 10 Count

Because my regular brand liners suffered a small price jump, I started shopping for a cheaper alternative. At (currently) $1.60 per 10, with $5.00 shipping, these liners were worth a shot as a replacement. I purchased one box to test, even though that technically makes them more expensive. My thinking was that if they're good, I can buy five boxes (to match the 50-count I normally get) and they'd be far cheaper. So it would be: $1.60 x 5 (10-count) + $5.00 s&h (tested by adding to cart) = $13 or $0.26 per liner.
As far as the initial impression, they seemed pretty great. They're a generous 18" x 14" in size, which will fit up to an 8 quart crock pot. They're sturdy enough, as liners go, and I didn't have to be gentle to keep from ripping them. Unfortunately, my first use was still a disaster.
What the description doesn't tell you, and the...
THE PLASTIC MELTS IF YOU USE YOUR CROCKPOT ON HIGH. BUY REYNOLDS INSTEAD!
The description doesn't mention these bags are so cheaply made, that not only you have to put water between the bag and the crockpot ( not the case with the Reynolds ones), but YOU CAN NOT USE YOUR CROCKPOT ON HIGH, otherwise the bag melts in your food!
The back of the packaging does mention this issue, but what good is a warning like this, which pretty much makes the product worthless, if it's not posted in the amazon description of the product so you pretty much end up finding about it AFTER spending money on this junk? If I order a crockpot liner I expect it to be compliant with the way all crockpots operate. LOW, AND HIGH.
By trying to skimp on the Crockpot liners I ended up wasting 6 dollars on this garbage. You get what you pay for. I'm going back to Reynolds. Avoid these like the plague.
Does not fit all crock pots
I purchased these based on the fact that they say the bags fit all crock pots up to 8 qts. I have a 7 qt crockpot and the bags are not big enough to fit the oval design. My rating is based on the fact that the description says that they fit all crock pots and they do not. If you have an oval slow cooker you may want to look at other bags. I gave these to a friend with a round crock pot for her to try.
